Sold by Angelique Butler in Dalaran for 2g 56s 50c.

Комментарий от Coag

The ultimate griefing tool. At least in this beta build 8982.

Currently they have collision. They are stackable (as in placeable on top of eachother) and have a 3 minute cooldown. A group of 5 people can block just about any small entrance for 3 minutes. With a 3 minute cooldown they can also be replaced. They do not currently stack in your inventory.

Комментарий от elsexo

oh hells yes!

Комментарий от asdaa

You... you could just eat and drink when out of combat. Maybe it'll save money in the long run or something.

Комментарий от Firebug

Could this affect raid?

Also, its a 1 use item. And requires you to stand still and do nothing, moving/casting will break the effect.Neither is it affected by an alchemist stone.

Комментарий от Naughtelos

Sharing a needle? Sounds...healthy.

Комментарий от blizzrep

good for raid just add rum

...Sharing a needle is not a good idea thats why blizzard added straws to stand

Комментарий от Eid0lon

Goes surprisingly well with Dalaran brownies ( http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42431 )...

Комментарий от Yeffaros

Contains 50 charges

Комментарий от Raous

Or... You can just get a mage with invisibilty who can place this during a boss fight and you go like omg.

Комментарий от dreadstein

ok but seriously, anyone figured out a really ingenious way to use it ? idk i would put one before/after a boss in case of a wipe or something, but as i said, does anybody found an ingenious way to use it ?

Комментарий от DelrithEREU

This item has one charge, you place it to ground, to the spot you want (placed with mouse). With one charge, the item in ground can be used 50 times by any in the same (raid-(?))group.

Stays on the ground until all 50 charges are used or until the duration (?) runs out.

This item is like a chair; Its cool but you can live without it.

Комментарий от IwNexouz

Can this item be used in arena?

And why does it only have 1 charge? Should be better with higher cost and become endless... Maybe increase the CD.

Комментарий от danroe

Items like this are cool, but they should have infinite charges, Imo.

Комментарий от Groundlord

Too late... I feel- *dies*

Комментарий от Laurens

Sets up an Intravenous Healing Potion for your party. Restores 15000 health and 12960 mana over 30 sec. Cannot be used in combat. All party/raid members must be standing still while using this, much like just eating. It is pretty fun and maybe usefull for Roleplayers, but you better be off with a mage table.

Комментарий от Hurrhurr

What is the level restriction on using this? Not setting it up, but clicking it.

Комментарий от Azaram

Seems like an alchemist version of the old lightwell. And just about as useful...

Комментарий от Yevon

***Set out the Intravenous Healing Potion, wait till they sit and use it then***BTW guys I have a couple of STD’s, but don’t let that stop you.

Комментарий от Raniz

These don't stack - which makes them pretty worthless.

Комментарий от Eyeown

When it says, can not be used in combat. I realize it can't be placed down during combat. I'm wondering, if you place it down before a fight, can you click on it during the fight?

Комментарий от Style75

Why does wowhead list the buyout price for this as 13.41 when you can buy it from the vendor for 2.70 ? What people buy in the AH never ceases to amaze me.....

Комментарий от zinderel

Man, here's hoping they give this as an Alchemy recipe some time in the near future...

Комментарий от Hocey

Players under level 75 can consume this item as long as a player in the same group above level 75 puts it out.

Комментарий от divanova

I think this item is cool for battlegrounds as a healer. You just practically no need to top people after fights, and all can get their mana back too, not only health , at the same time. Its a fun item and helpful too.

Комментарий от DoctorHat

Or you could buy your own food instead of leaching of mages!

Комментарий от Cyriz

I love dropping this after a raid wipe and seeing everyone ask "wth is this!"

Комментарий от Ghar

This CAN be useful in a BG since it doesn't make you sit (because melee attacks on someone sitting cant miss and do double damage), though eating real food makes u med faster.. if your a mage like me, you should be scared to sit in the presence of rogues.Edit:Typos

Комментарий от Pvpshockadinftw

can be useful for recovering from a wipe faster if a fish feast isn't available, otherwise, not worth two gold a pop.

Комментарий от justgiz

Would be real nice if there was a Cataclysm update for this.

Комментарий от jerkface314

How many of these can you have out at a time? Would seem pretty useful to have a half a dozen or so out in a battle ground.

Комментарий от Kaiserin

Fun for roleplay as it gives a 3 min long 'prop' to use.. (See the screenshot.) Shame they don't stack though (and require level 75 to put it down.)

Комментарий от BMHunterMain

I am surprised that Blizzard never upgraded this for MoP or made an item like it with infinite charges. It is a cool vanity item aside from any practical uses, never seen anybody drop one though because why would they?

Considering the fight-for-your-mana policy for cataclysm, one can only expect this to be top of the list for any healer going into raiding in t11.

Perhaps to be compared to the Solace of the Fallen from wotlk which stayed equipped for lots of healers all the way through t9+t10.

Комментарий от skribs

For healing, I'd rate Jar of Ancient Remedies > DMC: Tsunami > Core of Ripeness > Blood of Isiset (Heroic) > Tyrande's Favorite Doll > Sea Star (Heroic). It's a steep curve in effectiveness for each of them, too. After that it's not even worth mentioning.

Jar of Ancient Remedies = 79% up-time 515 spirit buff (203 mp/5, roughly) and a use effect worth 267.5 mp/5, totalling 470.5 MP/5. That is a lot. Coming in second is DMC:Tsunami, with 200 MP/5 from spirit stacking and 321 Int. That int is 5055 maximum mana (with kings or motw), or 25 MP/5 from replenishment + 84 MP/5 equivalency over the course of a 5-minute fight, totalling to around 309 MP/5. Look at the difference between first and second. (of course you get 321 SP with DMC, but still, that's a lot of mana return).

Комментарий от Federixender

It's full of dirt. :E

Besides, while toying with this on the Beta, that is now over, I found that you could target anyone while standing on top of them and it would restore mana to them, still affecting you with the Blind Spot debuff, so you'd want to macro it with some /target <charname> command.Probably this bug is gone, so I'll leave this here as a random curiosity, just in case.

Yeah, i know, I could've posted this before, but I remembered about it just now. >:

Edit: Pointed out a possible consequence of the bug.

Комментарий от Mend

As a paladin whose had to endure these massive game play changes implemented in Cata, where spam healing and mana efficientcy have gone bye bye, this is a prayer answered.

What a great trinket, steady buff during predictable healing and a little bit of "Oh $@^t" recovery from some unexpected Flashes heals. This will become standard issue on all raiding paladins (I imagine some other classes too) and like someone else mentioned, will stay on you through the tiers until you can land the heroic version.

Комментарий от Fizzlebeard

My napkin math says that the USE is worth about 5900 mana if you take into consideration the loss of your 30seconds of Spirit. This is calculated at 4000 INT, higher INT levels will devalue the USE.

Комментарий от kepowcow

I must say that the gfx on this is abit over the top. Seeing that trinket animation over and over again ontop of the noise it makes, gets old really fast.

Комментарий от shamikix

Using this trinket whenever you can ( Just not during the 'Mana tide totem phase') seems to be mana gain.

Комментарий от dualprocess

Will work together with ?

Комментарий от SnowWar

Ok so how do I mute this damn trinket :(

Комментарий от Nubzorz

I use this on CD during everyfight now since i got it the mana it give back is awesome since its about 5-6% of my mana pool and rolling with core of ripeness is just ridiculous mana regen

Комментарий от Arcticwolf1112

Just a head's up to resto druids and possibly priests.

This trinket is.... VERY annoying, it causes your character to CONSTANTLY throw its arms up in the air.. while humorous at first it gets very annoying lol.

Комментарий от Fjusglod

Got my hands on this trinket last night as a resto shaman. And have been playing around with it earlier today just for the animation (which is now getting abit annoying) But i noticed that if i cast Riptide, it does procc on the tics as it is supposed to do. But if i press "x" to sit down while my Riptide is up on a target and ticking i dont get any more stacks Inner eye. What about that?

Комментарий от IDrownFish

This procs off every heal, so a Circle of Healing on multiple targets will give you all five stacks instantly.

I assume this will work as well with similar spells such as Prayer of Healing, Chain Heal, and Wild Growth.

I can confirm that this does not proc off of the heals provided by Holy Word: Sanctuary, and I assume Efflorescence and Healing Rain.

Комментарий от Bijeloux

With higher levels of Intellect, the Use Effect on this trinket becomes devalued compared to the passive stacking effect. Does anyone know how much intellect would be required to make not using the Use Effect advantageous?

Комментарий от hexia

I found that I had to make a macro to target MYSELF and then use the Jar because it will not activate if you are targeting someone else, I found that out after I continuously tried and failed to activate it :p

a simple

#showtooltip/tar CharacterName/use Jar of Ancient Remedies

will work

Комментарий от poltrigiest

This trinket does not proc from holy nova

Комментарий от Jynlol

Doesn't proc from Holy Radiance. Light of Dawn will instantly give you 5 stacks if you hit 5 targets, though.

Комментарий от Tramddark

An interesting side note for Paladin healers. If divine shield is active when you use the trinket, you won't receive the debuff, no stacks of Inner Eye will be consumed, and you'll gain the 6420 mana.

While I expect it will be fixed in the future, its very handy at the moment.

Edit: While this was working at the time of the post. It has now apparently been fixed. The debuff appears even with any form of immunity up.

Комментарий от Ignazio

For Resto Druids --> Wild Growth its an insta 5-stacks.What sucks its that the animation its kinda buggy...and he will start doing it 5 times... long after you get the 5 stacks.

@Lanian Not using Trinket 515 spirit --> 272 mp5 --> so in 30 secs 1.6k mana --> 6528 mana. in 2 minutesUsing it every 2 min -->6240 mana + 1:30 sec uptime ---> 11136 mana in 2 minutes

Correct me if im wrong... still OP for a resto druid...every lifebloom tick renews the stacks...Since LB 100% on its a MUST for resto druids...its great to have always so many stacks

Комментарий от smws

Got my hands on this lovely trinket last night.

It's brilliant how fast it reaches 5 stacks (just a simple riptide a few secs before the pull does the trick) and what I saw it had a near 100% uptime.

The use bug is slightly annoying, but the macro posted above works charmingly.

The fist-pumping and the animation get annoying fast, unfortunately.

In terms of 359 spirit trinkets, this is miles ahead of the Tol Barad one (Mandala of Stirring Patterns), giving loads more spirit and actually having an useful use effect.

Might use the Mandala for elemental tho, as it fixes the hit cap and mastery is tasty!

Комментарий от ErasTheSquid

Very nice trinket for restoration shamans, combining the spirit proc with Mana Tide Totem will give you an extra 2317.5 spirit. This will however change once 4.0.6, since the totem wont increase spirit buffs that last for a short amount of time. Makes it a bit less useful, but its still nice.

Also, heres a small list on what shaman healing spells that proc the spirit buff;

Things that doesnt proc the trinket are Unleash Elements, Healing Rain, Earthliving, Earth Shield, Healing Stream Totem, Ancestral Awakening and Cleansing Waters.

Комментарий от hotimer

Комментарий от Umaycry

So does the spirit buff proc of paladins judgement? and Holy Shock damage? Would i be useable for a shockadin/exordin?

Комментарий от SuperBurritoz

I made a video of this, since it is basically turning me into a guido. Just be careful if you get this, the side effects are pretty bad.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVp7mVx2fx8

Комментарий от Ismat

Surprisingly, the spirit added by this trinket's proc does count for Mana Tide Totem. Just make sure not to use the trinket's on-use effect before casting Mana Tide!

This is according to someone who tested it on the PTR here.

Комментарий от Servasus

What I want to know is, is this trinket worth using for a paladin who recieves far more weight from intellect than spirit? Even with the use effect and the mana it returns, I'm losing quite a bit of SP, crit and mana return from judging and Divine Plea. Does anyone know the math on which trinket would be more valuable between, say, Core of Ripeness from the VP Vendor and this trinket?

Комментарий от Saauuciiee

c..l...i...c...k...i..n...g?

Комментарий от Gregersen

The "problem" with this trinket is the fact that it only adds mana regen. Int will give you more max man which will give a bit more mana regen, but most importently it'll add spellpower and crit. Because int gives so much spell power, regen, and crit it is the stat you should go for, unless you really have problem with holding mana. The best trinkets to get are Thyrande's Favorite Doll (Archaeology, but it's the 2nd best trinket ingame, even counting HC) and the alchemyst stone.

Комментарий от kolobri90

They changed the way it procs now... your hands just pulse a Blue/Purple color instead of the old trinket animation. and oh the noise is removed. no more BANG BANG BANG while casting.

Комментарий от Ignazio

THIS ANIMATION IS DESPERATING

As a resto druid.... ToL + LB spam = insane tree.Im tired of the same animation over and over again during every boss encounter.

Really, please, no more animation in each tick.

Комментарий от Kaeldin

It seems that adding stacks has an internal cooldown of something like 2 seconds, if I cast 2 Flash Heals (cast time 1.3 seconds) it only adds 1 stack, while a Heal (2.2 second cast) adds a stack for every heal cast

using together with Arcane Torrent and Core of Ripness it gives me around 15k mana and yet 2k spirit from the Core of Ripness

Комментарий от tidus93

is it viable to spam the cd as soon as I can?or should I use it only when in oom?

Комментарий от Baul

The debuff you get when you use the trinket is called "Blind Spot"; this is what you should use if you are attempting to set up something like TellMeWhen (set it to trigger as soon as you get that debuff).

Комментарий от Ovahealz

Holy Priests rejoice!

Procs once of Circle of Healing. Tested it right now. Also you get one proc from Prayer of Healing and don't even bother using Sanctuary if you want to proc it because it doesn't.Every renew ticks procs the trinket. Echo of Light doesn't.

Комментарий от Crobos

Damn it. I wanted my little gnome to stomp her foot each time. :( Oh well, better anyway. And i dont play with sound anyway, so thats cool. :)

Комментарий от nerdherd

Just wanted to share the results of a little math that I did to compare the regen to a few other trinkets. Calculations were made for my disc prist with 5276 intellect and 2340 spirit (stats with one empty trinket slot). For Tear of Blood I used an uptime percentage of 13% (based on the discussion from that item's page, I haven't tested the uptime myself).

Mana/Regen:Кровавая слеза (trinket this is replacing) gives me 189 mp5 (equivalent to 310 spirit)Флакончик с древним целительным зельем gives me 498 mp5 (equivalent to 820 spirit!)Любимая кукла Тиранды gives me 399 mp5 (equivalent to 655 spirit)Средоточие спелости gives me 251 mp5 (equivalent to 415 spirit)

As you can see, this trinket is amazingly good for regen, and in subjective testing I find it way more useful than the Tear of Blood that I was using before. Also, although both Core and Tyrande's Doll give you a larger starting mana pool because of the static int bonus, as long as a fight lasts one minute or greater (as do all fights that matter) this trinket gives you a larger effective mana pool because of the much higher regen.

Other thoughts:It gets complicated when you factor in the int bonus vs the spirit bonus on each trinket so I haven't attempted to compare those directly. I was only looking at the mana regen above. Given that int is such a strong stat for all healers, Tyrande's Doll is still a better choice (and Core is a very solid option too).

Bottom line opinion:This trinket is a great upgrade for pretty much any 346 level trinket, unless you don't have to ever think about your mana (not the case for 99.9% of healers as far as I'm aware). After having used it for a week I'm totally in love with the regen, and will probably only be replacing it once I get Tyrande's Doll.

Комментарий от abrilwow

The thing is that as a priest, your job is not to crit or heal a big ass green number on your screen, but to sustain the health of your raid.

As a priest, you should always do what ever means necessary in emergency "Including spam flash heal", and still able to come back with sustainability to keep the raid going.

As a priest, you should always avoid to say "I'm oom, someone take over".

As a priest, you should never rely on the chance "If it crit, the tanklives, if not the tank die".

Other classes have different ability and gain different benefit from crit, so i cannot comment much about them, but the idea is the same.

Комментарий от Celticia

I have this trinket on my Restoration Druid and I can tell you that it is an awesome trinket to have when fighting a raid boss, since you will get atleast three uses out of it before the fight ends. But I would recommend switching to another trinket when running a heroic dungeon or when clearing trash mobs in a raid instance... because you're not going to get enough uses out of it to make it worth equipping over a trinket that will give you a stat bonus. (Especially an intellect bonus..)

Комментарий от Popo14666

This trinket's usefulness will depend massively on your standing stats and your playstyle. As it gives no passive bonus barring the stacking spirit, the choice for this trinket will depend on whether you need a sizable chunk of regen.Speaking as a holy priest in mostly epics (albeit normal mode ones), I currently carry around Tyrande's Doll and DMC Tsunami. Raid buffed I hit just under 5.5k int and 2.6k spirit or 106k mana and just under 4k standing combat regen. With DMC alone I hit 4.5k combat regen. With Darkglow cloak and Heartsong it's almost 5k. So yeah...this trinket has dropped four times for my guild and each time I've been asked if I want it.

With regards to healing style, I cater to the old mentality of feeling personally responsible for everybody - and even then, I don't have any major mana issues. That being said, I've declined on this trinket every time. Why? Because in both cases I will lose close to 500SP and around 5k mana. And that's worth one hell of a lot more in my position than any regen boost.

So, a general note - your use of this trinket will depend entirely on you. I don't find it useful but those not in my position may think otherwise

This is listed as having a 25% drop-rate, but I've only seen it drop once in all of the times I've taken down Meloriak. Could be that the RNG is being an extra fickle lass, but most other raiders tell me they see it drop very infrequently as well.

For Hpallies, vs. The Карта Новолуния: Цунами:

- Tsunami has a static 321 Intellect, which helps with spellpower, overall mana, and regen via both Divine Plea and Replenishment. - Tsunami will proc off Holy Radiance, reaching max-stacks very quickly. The Jar will not proc at all off that spell.- Tsunami's stacks last 20 seconds, while the Jar's last 15 seconds. (At 3 stacks, the Jar is providing less mana than Tsunami, and it is easier for the Jar's stacks to drop, given the shorter stack life)- According to this information, Tsunami has an effective MP/5 of 368. The Jar has an effective MP/5 of 590. - I am still uncertain of how the Jar's regen changes when one uses the on-use ability for 6k+ mana, but that is still a drop in the bucket. Basically, the trinket acts like an additional potion, but takes away the sexy, stacked spirit it was providing for the next thirty seconds. Feels risky to me.

The Jar is basically the best "regen trinket" at the 359 iLevel for pure regen purposes, but also provides no other benefits. Except, perhaps, to our Hit raiting via , which helps us to Judge consistently and regen mana another way. With enough Spirit, we can cut that talent down to one point and take a point elsewhere. (I have found to be helpful in both PvE and PvP for some free Holy Power from time to time.)

Not to entirely pick on it, however... we have been provided no Valor Point-purchasable trinkets for the newer, Firelands gear. And, Blizzard has nerfed regen for Healers once again... Spirit is conspicuously absent from all of the newest 378 gear, while the 2-piece bonuses for all Healers' Tier-12 gear provides mana regen based upon our abilities. And so, this trinket may still be particularly valuable. Especially, before we get the T12 2-piece bonus up and running. Just be aware of what you're giving up when you choose to use this trinket over others.

Just be aware of what you're giving up when you choose to use this trinket over others.

For Hpallies, vs. The Карта Новолуния: Цунами:
  • Tsunami has a static 321 Intellect, which helps with spellpower, overall mana, and regen via both Divine Plea and Replenishment.
  • Tsunami will proc off Holy Radiance, reaching max-stacks very quickly. The Jar will not proc at all off that spell.
  • Tsunami's stacks last 20 seconds, while the Jar's last 15 seconds. (At 3 stacks, the Jar is providing less mana than Tsunami, and it is easier for the Jar's stacks to drop, given the shorter stack life)
  • According to this information, Tsunami has an effective MP/5 of 368. The Jar has an effective MP/5 of 590. That information was calculated primarily for a Holy Priest, but this should give you a good idea of the relative regen value of the two trinkets.
  • I am still uncertain of how the Jar's overall regen changes when one activates the on-use ability for 6k+ mana, but that is still a drop in the bucket. Basically, the trinket acts like an additional potion, but takes away the sexy, stacked spirit it was providing for the next thirty seconds. Feels risky to me. I will probably only activate the on-use effect very rarely, for now, but it's possible that popping it every two minutes may actually be useful in the long run? (If you have additional information on this, I'd love to hear it!)

Spirit is conspicuously absent from much of the newest 378 gear -- even INT plate! -- while the 2-piece bonuses for all Healers' Tier-12 sets provide mana regen based upon the use of our abilities. And so, this trinket may still be particularly valuable. Especially, before we get the T12 2-piece bonus up and running. Just be aware of what you're giving up when you choose to use this trinket over others.
